What data I process
This site has no forms or user accounts. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I process the data you send (name, contact details and what you tell me) to answer your enquiry and, if we move forward, to manage the transaction.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent when you contact me and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps taken at your request. I keep the data for the duration of our relationship and then for the applicable legal periods.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no first- or third-party advertising cookies. I may use Cloudflare's analytics, which does not use cookies or identify visitors.
Providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. WhatsApp is a Meta service; if you contact me there, its privacy policy also applies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
